Selection Commission Starts Process to Fill Comp Court Vacancy

The Commission on Judicial Selection has started the process of filling a pending vacancy on the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals. The vacancy will open when Judge Gary Hall retires at the end of his term in January. The commission is accepting applications from candidates who have been licensed to practice law for at least five years and have experience with and knowledge of the state’s workers’ compensation laws.
