Flat Rate for Copy Shops Would Jump 22%; Perjury Attestation Remains in Proposed Fee Schedule

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation wants to raise the flat rate for copy services by $45 starting in 2022, according to proposed amendments to the state’s Copy Service Fee Schedule posted Friday.  Under the proposed changes, the DWC would raise the maximum rate to $225 for records up to 500 pages, a 22% increase over the current rate of $180.
