7th Circuit Says Carrier Not Liable for Worker's Injuries From Out-of-State Accident

The U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a determination that an insurance carrier was not liable for benefits payable to the employee of an Indiana-based company who was injured in Kentucky. Custom Mechanical Construction Inc. is a contractor incorporated in Indiana with its principal place of business in Evansville.
