ASCs Say Regulators Misused Rule-Making Process to Undercut Adverse Court Ruling

Ambulatory surgery centers say the North Carolina Industrial Commission misused the state’s temporary rule-making process to undercut a court decision that invalidated its ASC fee schedule.
