The Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board asked California’s 4th District Court of Appeal to annul a decision denying a claim filed by a truck driver who was convicted of a misdemeanor and to remand the case for further analysis of Labor Code provisions disallowing benefits for certain criminal conduct.
