Facts: John Alfonzo Smiley worked for the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, driving and escorting inmates between facilities.
In April 2008, Smiley and his wife went to San Francisco for the weekend. The couple went to Twist, a swingers club in North Beach. Smiley and his wife agreed to switch sexual partners with another couple.
