A federal district court said a worker suing her employer for disability harassment under California's Fair Employment and Housing Act could add her supervisor to the case.
The federal court also said allowing Yinghong Li to amend her complaint against Wells Fargo to name her supervisor, Khaled el Zahhar, as a defendant deprives it of jurisdiction and requires remanding the case to a California state court.
Li sued Wells Fargo and unnamed "doe" defendants for discrimination and wrongful termination based on her physical disability.
