American International Group announced Tuesday that it has appointed Rose Marie Glazer as vice president, deputy general counsel and corporate secretary, effective March 8.
Glazer will oversee the corporate securities, corporate secretary, and mergers and acquisitions legal teams, AIG said in a press release. She will report to General Counsel and Executive Vice President Peter Y. Solmssen.
Glazer previously served as general counsel for the Americas and corporate secretary for Siemens Corp. since 2012. She succeeds Jeffrey Welikson, who is retiring.
