Lineman Can Get PTD Award While Request for Additional Allowances Remains Pending

An Ohio appellate court upheld an award of permanent total disability benefits issued to an injured lineman while his request for the allowance of additional conditions was still pending. Charles Bremer worked for the City of Cleveland as a lineman. He suffered injuries in January 2012 when he was working in the utility bucket of a truck, which tipped over.
