California Insurance Co. Sues Commissioner Over Conservation Order

California Insurance Co. filed a lawsuit alleging Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara thwarted the carrier’s efforts to move to New Mexico in violation of the U.S. Constitution and as part of a personal vendetta.
