The Texas Department of Insurance issued a mandatory data call for workers’ compensation carriers for the agency’s annual report to the Legislature.
Data the department is requesting includes total written premiums, net underwriting profit, number of rate filings, number of written policies and more.
The requested information should be compiled on a form available from the department and emailed to PCDataCallAnnual@tdi.texas.gov.
Submissions are due by the close of business on Feb. 11.
