Bill Would Extend Exclusion of COVID-19 Claims From X-Mods

Wyoming lawmakers will consider legislation to extend the exclusion of COVID-19 claims from employers’ experience rating modification factors when the Legislature convenes the 2022 session Monday. The Legislature in 2020 passed a bill that excluded from experience modifications, also known as X-mods, the costs of COVID-19 claims filed on or before Dec. 30, 2020.
