Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek on Thursday named Sean O’Day the acting director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services.
O’Day will succeed Andrew R. Stolfi, who was recently confirmed by the Oregon Senate to be the director of the Oregon Employment Department.
Stolfi is currently serving as both the DCBS director and the insurance commissioner.
TK Keen, the deputy insurance commissioner and administrator of DCBS’ Division of Financial Regulation, will take on the duties as acting insurance commissioner.
