The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation has released its 2018 review of insurance carriers’ performance, showing that some have improved in key measurements while a few posted poor performances.
The division is required by law to produce the report card every two years. This year’s report shows only one company in the overall poor-performance category, down from three in 2016.
