The New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation notified practitioners Monday that it will open all work comp court facilities, effective March 7.
With the consent of the litigants, judges may continue to conduct routine proceedings virtually by telephone or video, the division said. These proceedings include daily list markings, pretrial conferences, uncontested motions and approval of settlement agreements.
