Reinisch Wilson Weier Holding Free Webinars in January

Workers’ compensation defense firm Reinisch Wilson Weier is hosting a series of free webinars in January covering topics that include return-to-work, subrogation and claim resolution strategies.

The firm’s Jan. 13 webinar will cover the basics of returning injured workers to employment and making use of vocational rehabilitation and education. The program will also include a review of what mental health conditions are covered by work comp, along with helpful tips for handling mental health claims.

On Jan. 20, a webinar will cover key issues for workers’ compensation adjusters to keep in mind when evaluating subrogation opportunities. The webinar will also include a presentation on new independent medical examiner rules in Washington state.

Topics that will be covered during a Jan. 27 webinar include requirements, benefits and challenges of primary claim resolution strategies, which information and documents are protected and what must be provided to claimants’ attorneys.

The webinars run from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Each session is worth 1.5 continuing education credits.
