A New York appellate court ruled that a worker was entitled to summary judgment as to a defendant’s liability under the Labor Law for injuries from being struck by a heavy board as a forklift was loading it into a truck. Case: Hensel v. Aviator FSC Inc., No. 2018-03442, 10/20/2021, published. Facts: Michael Hensel allegedly suffered injuries while loading heavy boards into the back of a truck.
