Physical Fitness Test Causes 3 Comp Claims

Three members of the Colorado Springs Police Department filed workers' compensation claims after taking a mandatory physical fitness test, according to a report by an NBC affiliate for southern Colorado. The police department created a standardized test on the advice of a committee comprised of representatives from the city attorney's office, as well as risk management, occupational health and human resources officials.
