The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California on Friday posted updated plans and manuals that take effect Jan. 1.
The updated documents include changes the insurance commissioner approved in August as part of the WCIRB’s annual regulatory filing. Amended documents posted to the Filings and Plans section of the WCIRB website include:
California Workers' Compensation Uniform Statistical Reporting Plan-1995 (USRP).
California Workers' Compensation Experience Rating Plan-1995 (ERP).
