Carrier Cannot Require Treating Doctor to Use IME Provider as Consulting Psychologist

The Montana Workers’ Compensation Court ruled that an insurer cannot designate a psychologist to be its independent medical examiner and the consulting psychologist for claimant’s treating physician.
