The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation on Wednesday announced that $30 million in grants for research and development of personal protective equipment that enhances workplace safety is available through its new Workforce Safety Innovation Center.
The BWC said the center will administer grants with the goal of expediting the implementation of innovative technologies and products that can reduce the frequency or severity of workplace injuries.
