NAMSAP Webinars to Cover Zero-Dollar Submissions, Ethics

The National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals, or NAMSAP, is hosting two webinars this month on MSA issues. The first, at 3 p.m. Eastern time Wednesday, is an update on zero-dollar workers’ compensation MSA allocation submissions. CMS recently indicated that it has altered its standards for review of zero-dollar submissions. Attorneys Michelle Allan and Martin Cassavoy will explain the changes and impacts, as well as considerations for the future.
