Committee Schedules Hearing on Pharmaceutical Fee Schedule Bill

A committee in the Maryland House of Delegates is scheduled to hear testimony March 26 on a bill that would authorize the Workers' Compensation Commission to create a pharmaceutical fee schedule. Senate Bill 306, by Sen. Pamela Beidle, D-Anne Arundel, would require the commission to regulate fees and charges for prescription drugs by Sept. 1, 2026.
