DWC Wants to Know About Changes to Interrogatory Forms

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation will hold a stakeholder meeting on March 31 to discuss potential changes to forms used in claims dispute discovery. The DWC said in a bulletin this week that it is reviewing the utility and sufficiency of the interrogatory forms that have been used since 1991. The 15-page forms are claimant interrogatories to carriers and carrier interrogatories to claimants. The meeting will be at 10 a.m. in DWC's Tippy Foster Room, 7551 Metro Center Drive in Austin.
