Friday, February 7, 2020 | 211 | 0 | 204 min read

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation will hold a stakeholder meeting on March 31 to discuss potential changes to forms used in claims dispute discovery. The DWC said in a bulletin this week that it is reviewing the utility and sufficiency of the interrogatory forms that have been used since 1991. The 15-page forms are claimant interrogatories to carriers and carrier interrogatories to claimants. The meeting will be at 10 a.m. in DWC's Tippy Foster Room, 7551 Metro Center Drive in Austin. Written comments about the forms can also be submitted via email to RuleComment...
