Worker Prevails on Labor Law Claim; Property Owner Gets Indemnification

A New York appellate court ruled that a worker was entitled to summary judgment on his Labor Law claim for a fall from a scaffold and that the property owner was entitled to summary judgment on its indemnification claim.
