The Wisconsin Senate passed a multifaceted bill that would increase benefits and implement procedural changes through provisions agreed upon by members of the state’s Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council.
The Senate voted 31-1 to pass AB 1073, by the Assembly Committee on Labor and Integrated Employment. The Assembly in February voted 96-1 to pass the measure, which now heads to the desk of Gov. Tony Evers.
