The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is accepting public comments on proposed fee schedule rules.
The bureau is proposing changes to the outpatient hospital reimbursement rule and the ambulatory surgical center services fee schedule rule. Both changes would take effect May 1.

The BWC said it will accept comments through Oct. 29.
