WCB Posts Schedule for Rollout of OnBoard System

The New York Workers’ Compensation Board will begin the rollout of its new business information system in March and complete the launch in May. The first phase of the OnBoard launch will change the process for requesting prior authorization for medications starting March 7. On that day, all requests for prior authorization for prescription drugs will be submitted and processed through the new system.
