Legislation that would require states to adopt uniform and reciprocal licensing laws for independent claim adjusters has been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives.
House Bill 3363 was introduced last week by Reps. David Kustoff, R-Tennessee, and Bill Foster, D-Illinois. It has been referred to the Committee on Financial Services.
