The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation is seeking public input on three rule changes that would affect vocational rehabilitation for injured workers.
Rule 4123-18-03 would revise the guidelines for the eligibility of workers to be accepted into vocational rehab.
Rule 4123-18-14 would tweak the wording on procedures for injuries or deaths that occur while the worker is engaged in rehabilitation services, and would require self-insured employers to pay those claims directly.
Rule 4123-18-04 would revise how living maintenance payments are handled.
