Nominating Committee to Select Board Appointment Recommendation

The Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Nominating Committee will meet Oct. 29 to consider applications for nomination of a Workers’ Compensation Board member. Committee members will discuss applications during a closed-door executive session before a public vote to nominate three applicants to submit to the governor. The Workers’ Compensation Board is comprised of three members and is the first stage of an appeal in disputed comp claims.
