A good relationship with the CRC is based on knowing and meeting the center’s expectations, according to NAMSAP.
The webinar presenters will detail the CRC process regarding investigations, disputes or appeals, and reimbursement of Medicare conditional payments. They will highlight solutions to common causes for delay and areas where the CRC is still improving its processes.
