Rand Recommends Incentives for Quality, Timely Med-Legal Reports

California’s Medical-Legal Fee Schedule could be improved by abandoning the time-based payment methodology for a flat rate, and adding bonuses for timely and complete reports, according to a new Rand Corp. report.
