WCD Revises Form to Challenge Claim Classification

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division revised the form for injured workers and their representatives to request review of an insurer's decision classifying a claim as "nondisabling." Form 2943, “Worker Request for Claim Classification Review,” allows injured workers to identify whether they're challenging a carrier's decision to reclassify a claim from disabling to nondisabling or to refuse to reclassify a claim from nondisabling to disabling.
