The Georgia Office of Commissioner of Insurance and Safety Fire announced that Kerri Monroe has been charged with one additional count of reporting and disposition of premiums.
The charge is in addition to the five counts of identity fraud and seven counts of reporting and disposition of premiums the commissioner’s office announced were filed against Monroe last month.
The latest charge stems from allegations that Monroe on Sept. 27, 2021, deposited an insurance premium refund check for $1,847 in her own bank account.
