The defense firm of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly is accusing one of its former managing attorneys of poaching clients and harassing female employees in a suit filed after they parted ways in December on less-than-amicable terms.
Last month, the firm filed a complaint in the Ventura County Superior Court accusing Juan Naranjo of stealing at least 50 files. FSK says he's also been bad-mouthing the firm and divulging confidential client information.
