The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division posted a bulletin announcing the annual increase in retroactive program benefits and the processes for calculating benefits owed to injured workers.
The program supplements benefits paid to workers with older injuries when benefit levels are lower than what is currently paid for similar injuries. The program primarily focuses on assisting workers who are permanently and totally disabled, and beneficiaries of workers who suffered fatal injuries.
