Bills Would Change Nominating Committee, Causation Standard

A workers' compensation reform bill under consideration in Kansas would change the makeup of a committee that nominates workers' compensation judges in response to criticism that it is stacked in favor of business interests. Under House Bill 2056, one of four workers' comp bills drafted by Rep.
