Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon approved a 15% rate decrease for policies incepting in 2026.
The governor's office said this is the third straight reduction.
"Following a 6% reduction in 2024 and a 12% reduction in 2025, this new decrease brings the total industry base rate reduction over the three-year period to 33%," the governor's office said in a statement. "In total, that represents approximately $66 million less in premiums paid by employers."
