A Pennsylvania employer group is urging regulators to order a refund on workers’ compensation premiums that were raised this year because of an insurance carrier’s erroneous data reporting.
Gordon Denlinger, state director for the 12,500-member National Federation of Independent Businesses in Pennsylvania, said his organization also is considering a lawsuit to seek relief for companies that may have paid millions more in premiums than they should have.
