A Siri-like voice recognition system for workers' comp claims is proving useful in Tennessee, where many claimants are finding it difficult to hire attorneys. The Tennessee Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services have teamed up to create an application that lets injured workers fill out forms simply by speaking into a smartphone or other computer device.
