Limo Company Owner Arraigned for Alleged Premium Fraud

The owner of a limousine service in Porter Ranch was arraigned on charges that he underreported payroll to reduce workers’ compensation insurance premiums by more than $210,000, the California Department of Insurance announced. Gamlet Abramian owns or manages three limo companies in the Los Angeles area, including D&D Limo, Superior Enterprise and On Time Coach Executive.
