ODG Publisher WLDI Acquired by Hearst

Work Loss Data Institute, whose Official Disability Guidelines are the basis of workers’ comp treatment guidelines in states including Ohio and Texas, has been purchased by Hearst, the companies announced on Thursday. WLDI will become part of MCG Health, which is part of the Hearst Health network, and a provider of care management guidelines and software for health insurers and providers.
