A Texas appellate court upheld a jury’s finding that a worker had been terminated in retaliation for filing a workers’ compensation claim, and it upheld the award of lost wages. Case: Pittsburg Steel LLC v. Palmer, No. 06-23-00021-CV, 12/11/2023, published. Facts: Arthur Palmer worked for Pittsburg Steel LLC. He suffered an injury at work in December 2018.
