The Montana Department of Labor and Industry adopted new workers’ compensation medical fee schedules that take effect July 1, according to a notice published in the state’s Administrative Register on Friday.
Changes in facility payments will bump the base rate to $9,435 from $8,909.
The department is also cutting the conversion factor for all goods and services other than anesthesia to $61.05 from $63.41. At the same time, the new fee schedule lowers the conversion factor for anesthesia services to $64.84 from $67.32.
