Appeals Court: WCAB Ignored Evidence in Finding Section 132a Violation

In an unpublished decision, a California appeals court annulled a Workers' Compensation Appeals Board finding of violation as unsupported by evidence. WCAB decisions must be supported by substantial evidence in light of the entire record, the 4th District Court of Appeal explained.
