The U.S. District Court for Southern California moved to January a sentencing hearing that was scheduled for Monday for Vital Imaging CEO Sam Solakyan, who was convicted in July on 12 counts related to billing comp carriers for services procured through bribes and kickbacks.
The court said in a docket entry that it is setting sentencing on Jan. 6, based on its own motion and post-trial motions.
