The Washington Court of Appeals upheld a determination that a worker was not entitled to reopen his claim for a neck injury because he failed to prove that the accident contributed to his claimed mental health condition. Dennis McGuire was hired by Boeing Co. as an inspector and a mechanic in October 2011.
