Department Withdraws Voc-Rehab Rules Before Committee Hearing

Following months of public hearings and rewrites, the Vermont Department of Labor chose to withdraw a proposed update to the state’s vocational rehabilitation rules because it expected them to be rejected by a legislative committee, said Stephen Monahan, the head of the department's Workers' Compensation and Safety Division.
