DWC Seeks Comment on Work Status Report, Network Rules

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is accepting public comments on proposed changes to the forms health care providers use to document a person’s work status and restrictions while the Department of Insurance is seeking feedback on proposed amendments to its work comp network rules. The Insurance Department said it is proposing revisions to the rules for work comp networks to account for changes in state law, update citations and references in the rules and remove unnecessary requirements.
